Appointment Scheduling
Advance Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Same-Day Appointments: Subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
48-Hour Notice: Deposits are fully refundable if your appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: May incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Will be charged the full service cost.
Payment and Deposit
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.
Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and mobile payment.
