Cancellation: We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Deposits are fully refundable for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will reschedule your appointment to your availability. You will receive a full refund of your deposit if you desire and be offered a discount for future bookings as a gesture of our appreciation for your understanding.
